Alfa Nex Inc. is committed to fair billing and transparent delivery. Because our services involve custom development work, refunds are evaluated based on work completed and agreed scope.

2. Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@alfanexinc.com within 14 calendar days of payment.

3. Eligible Cases

  • Paid service was not started within the agreed timeline and no reasonable explanation was provided.
  • Delivered work materially differs from the approved written scope and issue is not corrected after notice.
  • Duplicate payment or billing error confirmed by our records.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Work already completed and approved by the client.
  • Client change of mind after development has started.
  • Project delays caused by missing client content, approvals, or credentials.
  • Third-party fees, domain fees, hosting fees, or software licenses purchased for the project.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on banking and payment processor timelines.

6. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first to resolve any payment issue. We respond within 24 hours and aim to settle concerns quickly and professionally.
