Alfa Nex Inc. provides software and web development services including custom websites, mobile applications, and business software projects.
2. Scope and Requirements
Project scope is defined in writing before development begins. Any additional features, revisions, or integrations outside agreed scope may require a separate quote and timeline update.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All fees are communicated before work starts.
- Milestone or upfront payments may be required depending on project size.
- Work may pause if due invoices remain unpaid.
- Payment processor records and invoice records are treated as proof of payment.
4. Delivery and Client Responsibilities
Delivery timelines are based on timely client feedback and required content. Delays in approvals, content, or credentials may impact delivery dates.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing. Alfa Nex Inc. may retain rights to reusable internal tools, frameworks, and non-client-specific assets.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfa Nex Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Disputes
Clients should contact us first at contact@alfanexinc.com for resolution. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, unless otherwise required by law.
